A discovery session starts with a leadership, and business administration discussion. After the practice evaluation, our Regional Consultant will lead interactive in-office discussions with your team designed to enhance their performance in area’s of concerned that are discovered at the initial meeting. During our monthly visits, we will monitor and analyze key practice metrics to determine where additional training may be needed.
